Texas has just created another excuse for itself to take more children in the next fiscal annum.  Reportedly, six hundred fifty-five (655) child fatalities were not reported last year.  Emphasis is on the Department of Family and Protective Services for the state of Texas, Child Protective Services Division’s (“CPS”) alleged failure to wrongfully “remove” children from fit and loving homes.  Can you spell the word, “propaganda, ” today, Boys and Girls?  The caseworkers who kidnap other people’s private property and children sure cannot.  Hooked on Phonics Worked for Me . . . in kindergarten or earlier, but not for CPS caseworkers in Texas.
