Any qualified jurist will quickly note that US Supreme Court decisions that favor states adhering to constitutionally compliant “supreme” law will vastly aid in the efficiency and administration of the “overburdened” state courts, especially with regard to civil and alleged “domestic relations” constitutional lawlessness and compliance.
