“I’m Your Hoochie Coochie Man,” Muddy Waters

This is the Electric Mud Album version of Muddy Waters’ 1954 classic blues song, “I’m Your Hoochie Coochie Man.”  It is a Willie Dixon original that was recorded in Chicago.  Rolling Stone Magazine rates it at #225 of the world’s Greatest Songs of All Times.  It was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 1984 and in The Grammy Hall of Fame in 1998.

Muddy Waters (lead vocals), Little Walter (harmonica), Otis Spann (piano), Jimmy Rogers (guitar), Willie Dixon (bass), and Fred Below (drums).
